Seriously, I’ve had clients discover deal-breakers during innocent drive-bys that saved them from buyer’s remorse later. One client noticed the neighbor’s five cars always blocked the street. Another realized the “quiet street” was actually a cut-through for morning commuters.
Your contingencies exist for a reason - use them! And yes, it’s totally normal to drive by three times this week. I won’t judge 😉
