Ten years of representing sellers in some of California's most character-driven properties has taught me one thing: the price is only as defensible as the story behind it. I don't take listings I can't represent well. Before we talk about price or timing, I want to walk the property and understand what we're actually selling — the land, the provenance, the reason someone built here. That's where the value lives. My sellers tend to be people who've held a property a long time and want someone who will handle it with the same care they have.
