One of my favorite parts of being a realtor, is watching families grow into and really turn a house into their own home. But sometimes, life throws curveballs and a space you thought you’d be in forever ends up only being a brief part of the whole story.
That’s exactly what happened with my Seller here for this home. When I got the phone call that life was taking them in another direction, I could hear the stress and fear in their voice of the unknown. They were excited for the adventure, knew where they needed to go and in a perfect world the timeline they needed to work with, but there were lots of unanswered logistical questions, and it was that phone call that put everything in motion.
Already being very familiar with the house as I helped them purchase it just a few years before, I immediately let them know that I had a very sweet family that would probably love it and has already been actively looking for a similar footprint nearby.
So we set up an off market showing, and it really was meant to be! No hassle of prepping for the market, no scary “what ifs”. Today, my buyers are excited to call this magical property home, and my sellers are off to their new chapter!
