We probably looked at every mobile home in the county for sale over the past year! At times she felt like she needed to settle because nothing was speaking to her. I encouraged her to not buy something just because she felt like she needed to hurry and make a choice.
I will never rush someone to buy or sell a home, rather I coached her to get so specific in what she DOES want, not just out of a home but how she wants HER life to look and feel like. Because that is what will help you really feel ready to pull the trigger. After all, it was finally her chance to live life on her own terms, after catering her life to others over the years.
